Available via phone calls, MS teams or home visits within Leicestershire available on request (additional charges for travel).

Quality nutritional assessments, nutritional diagnosis, and management of concerns
Cooking modification and adaptation of recipes using your home ingredients.
Food intake analysis (food diaries can be sent)
Offer active listening and behaviour change skill to support nutritional treatment and goal setting.

First 15 minutes FREE telephone discussion to discover your concerns and find out if I can support you further
£70-£90 initial assessment, diagnosis and consultation for 60mins to 90mins, this is for virtual appointment. Additional cost for room booking
£40 for follow up appointments 30mins each
