What to expect from Bachcha ki Nutrition was a Health Care Professional, and what we expect from you as a client.˙

Bachcha ki Nutrition is covered by the Health Care Professionals Council (HCPC) and adheres to strict standards of proficiency. Written information of these standards can also be provided upon request.

Dietetic advice provided by Bachcha ki Nutrition will always be based on the most up to date evidence and guidelines (see BDA for policy or available on request)

Bachcha ki Nutrition cannot guarantee any existing health conditions will be cured or improved after dietetic intervention.

Dietary advice provided by Bachcha ki Nutrition will be based on medical history provided by the client prior to the appointment, or via their GP. 

Payment/pricing:

The following payment methods will be accepted:

BACS: Full payment to be made at least 48 hours prior to appointment. Failure to do this will result in the appointment having to be rescheduled. 

Home visits will incur a small additional mileage fee if travel distance exceeds a 5 miles radius from my office location.

Cancellation / Fail to Attend

Cancellation of any consultation (clinic, telephone or online) needs to be made at least 24 hrs prior to appointment. This can be done either by text, email or telephone.

If cancellation is not made within 24 hrs, or you fail to attend the appointment (clinic, telephone or online), an administration fee of £20 will be incurred and taken from monies already paid prior to the appointment

Timings

Prompt arrival is required for all appointments. If you are more than 15 mins late your appointment slot cannot be guaranteed, due to the impact on other client appointments, and may need to be rescheduled.
